Ordering

Please include the inventory number of the item you want.  I will e-mail you a confirmation that the jewelry is available and the total price, including postage and insurance. I will pay postage and insurance on domestic orders over $ 100.00. All jewelry is subject to prior sales.  I will hold items for seven days for receipt of payment.  At the end of this period, the jewelry will be put back into inventory. Payment may be by credit card, check or money order. If the payment is by check, the jewelry will be sent when the check clears the bank. Texas residents without a valid tax certificate must pay sales tax of 8.25%.

Returns

Vintage Treasures will give a full refund excluding postage and insurance if you are dissatisfied with an item of jewelry. I ask that you email me when the jewelry is received and return within five days in the same condition as it was sent. Please return by priority mail insured. Credit card purchases  will be given a refund on their credit card. Other purchases will be by personal check.

Shipping

I ship priority mail with insurance. All jewelry is boxed and wrapped securely.  If you are returning an item, please do the same.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship all over the world, to all countries where the United States Government permits shipping goods.

Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations and laws of your country so there will not be any surprises awaiting you when you receive your jewelry. Your order may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country. These are your responsibility.

In this respect, I ask that you do not ask me to break any U.S. or international import and export laws by declaring your Vintage Treasure’s order as either a "gift" or "of no value."

If there is anything I should be aware of when shipping to your country, you need to inform me of this.

I accept credit card payment and International Money Order in U.S. DOLLARS Only from all countries.

I ship insured for full invoice value, and declare the contents truthfully on the invoice enclosed which is sent to you in s a separate envelope.

If you disagree with any of the above, I regret that I will be unable to fill your order.
